Property Rates by-law
Mogale City has developed a draft Property Rates by-law which regulates property rates in accordance with the Municipal Property Rates Act of 2004 and with the Constitution. Residents of Mogale City have until 18 June to comment on the draft by-law.

Mogale City residents are urged to check the provisional supplementary valuation roll for the financial year 2009 to 2010. It is open for public inspection at the Mogale City Local Municipality from 29 May to 29 June 2009. Property owners wishing to lodge objections must do so before close of business on 29 June 2009.
