• The Draft Rates Policy by-law was advertised for public comment in various local newspapers on 15 May 2009. The public had the opportunity to inspect and comment on the new by-law from 18 May to 18 June 2009. No comments were received from the public. The final Property Rates Policy by-law for Mogale City Local Municipality was therefore adopted by Council on 24 June 2009.
