OBJECTIVE

The objective of MCLM, through this process, is to compile a comprehensive and up-to-date database of all vendors per the various categories operating within the Mogale area, the West Rand area, Gauteng Province as well as other areas. Quotations up to a maximum amount of R 30 000 will be awarded on a rotational basis to vendors registered on the database. Quotations from R 30 000 to R 200 000 will be advertised on the notice board and the website. Tenders above R 200 000 will be advertised on the website, notice boards and newspapers.

VENDOR APPLICATION FORMS The Vendor Application Forms are obtainable from the Directorate: Supply Chain Management at:

• The Stores in Chamdor, Tudor Road;
• The information office at the entrance to the Finance Directorate, Civic Centre;
• From the SMME's offices in the IEC Building (opposite Civic Centre);
• The application forms can be downloaded from our website at www.mogalecity.gov.za [see right]

Completed documents must be deposited into tender box no 4, at the reception desk of the Sub-Directorate Electrical Services, situated on the upper level of the West Wing of the Mogale City Civic Centre in Krugersdorp.

VERY IMPORTANT NOTICE

Only suppliers registered on the MCLM database will be allowed to do business with the MCLM.
