AMENDMENT OF NOTICE ON THE ALIENATION OF VACANT LAND

Notice number CS(P)02/2005 dated November 2005 is herein amended by extending the closing date of the tenders from 12:00 on 22 December 2005 to 20 January 2006 and further by amending the available erven list as follows:

AREA AND NUMBER OF PROPERTIES

• Boltonia Extension 2:    5 "residential 1" erven
• Kagiso Extension 9:    11 "residential 1"erven
• Rangeview Extension 2:    66 "residential 1"erven5 Group of clustered "residential 1"erven of 5, 7, 10, 17 and 19(to be sold in groups)
• Munsieville:    1 Church / Community facility

We herein call upon all those who have already purchased tender documents and may wish to re-submit in light of the above amendments to contact us as a matter of urgency.

Further particulars as well as maps indicating the locality of the Erven can be obtained during office hours (Monday - Friday, 7:30 - 16:00) at Directorate: Corporate Services (Property Section), First Floor, Civic Centre, Commissioner Street, Mogale City against a non-refundable administration fee of R100.00 per property and R500.00 for clustered properties applied for.

Any person wishing to lodge an objection against such amendment of notice or the alienation of the above-mentioned erven must lodge such an objection with the undersigned in writing on or before 20 January 2006.
