LEASE OF BOB VAN REENEN STADIUM (INCLUDING GROUNDS KNOWN AS JAN LOTZ)
NOTICE NO. 20/2005

Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 79(18) of the Local Government Ordinance, 17 of 1939, that Mogale City Local Municipality notifies the public that it has resolved to lease Bob Van Reenen Stadium (including grounds known as Jan Lotz) to Lefika Emerging Equity (PTY) Ltd.

A map indicating the Locality of the property and the proposed concept development can be inspected at the Corporate Services Boardroom on the 1st Floor, Civic Centre, Corner Market and Commissioner Streets, Krugersdorp during office hours (Monday to Friday from 09h00-16h00).

Any person wishing to lodge a comment or an objection regarding the abovementioned lease may lodge such comment or objection in writing with the Municipal Manager within 21 days of date hereof at the above physical address or below mentioned postal address.
