PUBLIC HEALTH BY-LAWS: REQUEST FOR PUBLIC COMMENTS

Notice is hereby given in accordance with the Local Government Systems Act, 32 of 2000, Section 12, Subsection 3(b) that Mogale City requests the public to comment on Public Health By-laws.

A copy of the By-laws can be inspected at:

(1) RECEPTION AREA, JACK SMIEDT BUILDING, CORNER COMMISSIONER & JEPPE STREETS, KRUGERSDORP.

during office hours (Monday to Friday) from 09h00 - 16h00.

Any person wishing to lodge a comment or an objection regarding the above-mentioned By-laws may lodge such comment or objection in writing with the Municipal Manager within 21 days of date hereof at any of the above physical addresses or the postal address below.
