LEASE OF VARIOUS ROAD RESERVES WITHIN MOGALE CITY'S AREA OF JURISDICTION

Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 79(18) of the Local Government Ordinance, No. 17 of 1939 read with section 14 (5) of the Municipal Finance Management Act 56 of 2003, that the Mogale City Local Municipality notifies the public that it has resolved to lease the road reserves for the erection of billboards and gantries for advertising purposes:

A list of the sites indicating the sizes of the billboards and gantries. A map indicating the location can be obtained at all city libraries within the jurisdiction area of Mogale City during office hours (Monday to Friday from (09:30 to 19:00) and Saturday (08: 00 to 12:00)

Any person wishing to lodge a comment or an objection against the lease of the above-mentioned road reserves must lodge such comment or objection with the Municipal Manager at P. O.
