Public participation/consultation: Proposed Kagiso-Azaadville Development

The Municipal Finance Management Act's regulations require that the Municipality must seek the input of the community in its consideration of an unsolicited bid. Mogale City received an unsolicited bid from ABSA in respect of the following portions of land.
- The remainder of Kagiso No. 402 IQ
- The remainder of Kagiso No. 273 IQ
- Portion 16 of Kagiso 273 IQ
- Remainder of Portion 12 of Rietvallei 241 IQ
