The Mogale City Local Municipality Directorate of Housing is requesting beneficiaries of the houses listed below to collect their title deeds from the offices. Collection times are 8am to 1pm, Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.

The Housing Directorate is situated on the ground floor of the President Building at the corner of President and Monument Streets, Krugersdorp.

In the case where the beneficiary/beneficiaries are deceased, the person collecting the title deed must bring his/her identity document and the death certificate of the deceased. Where the beneficiary/beneficiaries are at work, we require the identity document of the person collecting the title deed.

Family title deeds must be collected by all members whose names appear on the title deed. Church title deeds should be collected by the priest, reverend, secretary and treasurer.

They must bring along their identity documents and the constitution of the church.
