Revenue section has temporary move

05 June 2009

By Mogale City Reporter

MOGALE City’s revenue section will temporary relocate to the Market Hall in the Civic Centre, on 13 June as the unit’s offices are being renovated.

“As part of the Revenue Enhancement Strategy approved by the council in May 2007, Mogale City Local Municipality saw a need for refurbishment of the section to create a favourable or good corporate image of the municipality,” said Mamonare Tshwane, the section’s manager.

From Monday, 15 June the Market Hall would operate as the Mogale City Revenue Collection Centre, she said.

The renovations started on 20 April and will be finished by October. They include installing air conditioning and improving security.

For more information on the relocation, send email queries to Mamonare Tshwane mamonaret@mogalecity.gov.za or call the Mogale City call centre on 0861 664 253.
