RESIDENTS of Mogale City have two weeks in which to make comments on the City's annual report for 2008/2009.

The report was tabled for consideration at the council meeting of 29 January and is available online or at any of the public libraries for public inspection. Persons wishing to make comment must do so in writing, and can email their responses to IDP@mogalecity.gov.za or tshepol@mogalecity.gov.za. Written hard copy documents can also be placed in the boxes provided in the libraries.

The report contains important information on Mogale City Local Municipality management performance of the past financial year. This includes the audited statements and other financial information; performance highlights of each department; service delivery backlogs; and building and zoning plans for the year in question.

All comments should be received on or before Wednesday, 24 February 2010.
