RATES are payable monthly and as a property owner, you should make sure that the municipality has your current postal address so that you receive your account on time.
Please note that Mogale City has switched banks with effect from 1 June 2011.

Pay your municipal account using any one of the following options:
Select Mogale City on the list of pre-approved beneficiaries, on your bank’s internet banking website. Use your 15 digit Mogale City municipal account number as the payment/beneficiary reference. Account numbers with less than 15 digits must be prefixed with zeros.
You can make a direct bank deposit at any Standard Bank branch. The bank account number to be used for Mogale City will be the company deposit code 096N. Use your Mogale City municipal account number as your beneficiary reference. For your convenience you can use the pre-printed deposit slip attached to your statement from Mogale City. You can also ask for Mogale City M65 deposit slips at Standard Bank branches in the Westrand.
You can pay your municipal bill via a debit order. Please visit any of the Mogale City Customer Centres with your banking details and identity document to set up your debit order payment.
You are able to pay your account at any bank’s ATM, Mogale City must be loaded as a beneficiary on your bank account.
It is also convenient to pay your municipal account while shopping. EasyPay outlets can be found at Pick n Pay, Shoprite Checkers, Spar and Post Office branches. Your original municipal statement must be presented to the cashier.
You can pay your municipal bill at any Mogale City Customer Centres including the revamped Revenue Centre at the Civic Centre, Cnr Market and Commissioner Street, Krugersdorp.
