A public notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 21(A) of the Municipal Systems Act (Act No.32 of 2000) that the Accounting Officer must make public the 2017/18 Service Delivery and Budget Implementation Plan (SDBIP) as approved by the Executive Mayor of the municipality.
