Mogale City Local Municipality hereby notifies customers that our call centre number, 0861 664 253, is affected by a Telkom network issue. Customer call centre numbers in the 086 range and other Telkom landline operations are down across the country due to an issue with Telkom’s network.
Our customers are encouraged send enquiries and service requests to customerservices@mogalecity.gov.za in the interim or check their account statements online.
