As a precautionary measure and to implement health and safety protocols, Mogale City Revenue Services has temporarily closed its doors today Thursday, 16 July 2020 following two confirmed Covid-19 cases. During this time, the offices including the rates hall, will undergo complete decontamination and deep cleaning for the safety of the employees and members of the public.
For this reason, we encourage rate payers to pay their municipal services at the following outlets:
- Pick n Pay
- Shoprite
- Checkers
- Woolworths
- Spar
- Usave
- President Hyper
- EFT payments from all banks
- Deposits at can only be done at Standard Bank
Operations will resume on Monday, 20 July 2020 at possible reduced capacity as some employees may need to self-isolate.
